The online 'shop' at Wicken Workshop does not record or process orders. It is merely an online catalogue of some current and past products. To order any items online from this site or any custom work a customer will need to supply at least a name, delivery address and an electronic point of contact (email, SMS, Twitter). Any orders can be discussed and placed using any supported communication method and if different from the recorded point of contact will be verified prior to processing. This information may be given in person or by electronic method and does not create a user profile at this site. No payment card information is required by Wicken Workshop or requested for orders. Payment methods will vary according to the customer and particular order.

Payment methods supported include
+ Cash - accounts, in person (incl. markets, fairs etc)
+ Account* - in person, online. Account payments by cash or transfer.
+ PayPal - online only purchases to £100 (UK verified only)
+ Bank transfer - accounts, larger purchases

*Account holders may include known trade, local, peer or privileged customers. Various pricing discounts and minimum order size may apply for different account customers and type of work. As some items are available as unfinished blanks or for incorporation into other pieces these are already intended for the trade market and discounts may not apply at all. Accounts must be settled within 28 days of purchases and limits apply. Please be aware that these are intended for convenience of ordering for known customers and are not credit accounts, they should be settled in full or goods returned within the month.
